There are merchants who can qualify for the auto approval program, if their business and personal credit history match the requirements outlined below. We have two types of approval guidelines:

1. Auto Approval Guidelines:

Perspective merchants can review the Auto-Approval Guidelines noted below, to see if they qualify for the program. The guidelines outlined below mean that you will be approved regardless of the owner's personal credit history.

The only exceptions to this rule are for merchants in a current bankruptcy that has not been discharged for a minimum of six months, for merchants on Visa/MC's CTMF File, or for merchant applications that have falsified or found to contain fictitious information.

2. Regular Merchant Account With Supporting Documents:

If you do not meet the Auto-Approval Guidelines, you can still get approved! Your application will simply need to be supported by any one of the following:

Owner with a good, established personal credit history
Business or personal financial statements or tax returns
Current, good standing, credit card processing statements

You must not be listed on the Restricted Business List for business types not allowed into our merchant account program.
